Please be sure to read our policies in their entirety! By booking an appointment with Kristin Shelby Slays LLC, you are agreeing to the terms listed below. Terms are subject to change. Please check back to the site for the most current policies and service options!

Booking

All appointments with Kristin Shelby Slays LLC can be booked online via www.kristinshelbyslays.com/services. Booking will require your name, email address, phone number and a valid credit card to remain on file. If you have any questions before booking, feel free to contact us via email at kristinshelbyslays@gmail.com or via phone at 317-643-2443.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled online by the client up until 24 hours before the appointment. Click the “Change/Cancel Appointment” button on your confirmation email to adjust your appointment. If you are unable to reschedule or cancel online, it’s because you are outside of the cancellation window. If you miss your appointment without rescheduling, you will be subject to our No-Show policy.

Late Policy

To ensure service providers have ample time to complete quality services, it’s vital that all clients are on time to their scheduled appointments. A grace period of 10 minutes is allotted to each client. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will be considered a no-call/no-show and you will be charged in accordance with our late cancel/no-show policy. Late Cancel/No-Show Policy

Clients that do not show for their scheduled appointment (or arrive more than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time) will be subjected to a fee equal to 50% of their total service fee. 

Minor Client Policy

Lifelong skin health starts with early education! We are happy to service clients of ages 13+. Minors will need to have consent from a parent or legal guardian. Parent/guardian must stay on the premises for the duration of the service.

Payments/Deposits

All appointments will require a non-refundable 20% deposit during booking. Remainder of service fee can be paid at booking, online prior to your appointment or at the time of service. To prepay for your service after booking, you may click the “Change/Cancel Appointment” button on your confirmation email. There will be an option to pay your remaining balance and add gratuity, if desired. Payment must be made in full by the end of the service. No exceptions. All payments are non-refundable. If there is a problem with your service, it must be resolved prior to leaving the building. As your #BeautyBestie, KSS strives to make sure you leave your appointment completely satisfied. If you’re unsatisfied in any way, please let us know! 

Health History

A variety of personal, lifestyle and/or health questions may be asked of you prior to your service. Clients are expected to provide honest and complete answers to any questions. Some services may be ill-advised for those with certain health conditions. Above all else, we want to make sure that clients are receiving services that are safe and effective!

Quiet Appointment

Sometimes you just want to be pampered in silence, and that’s OKAY!! If you need that peace and quiet, please select the “Quiet Appointment” add-on when booking your service. There’s no extra charge, it just tells me you’d rather not talk during the service.

Right To Refuse

Service providers reserve the right to refuse service. If the service is contraindicated due to past services, health issues, medications, certain product usage or any other safety concern, service will be denied.

COVID-19

To help stop the spread of COVID-19, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you have any symptoms of COVID-19 or if you’ve been in close contact with someone who has tested positive within the last 14 days. If the service provider believes you’re exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 or any other communicable illness, they reserve the right to end the service immediately. Our staff and client safety is the top priority.

Food and Drink

Please refrain from bringing food or drink with you to your appointment. 

Extra Guests

Please refrain from bringing anyone with you to appointments. No one else will be allowed in the treatment room during services. The only exception to this policy will be one parent/guardian with a minor during services.

Pets

Pets and animals are strictly prohibited from entering the premises. The only exception to this policy will be trained service animals. Any other animal will not be permitted to enter the premises. 

Cell phones/Communication devices

Your appointment is meant to be a serene time for you to disconnect and get pampered! Please be sure all cell phones and communication devices are powered off or put on silent mode for the duration of your appointment.
